Durable all-metal drive clutch. Jar pad sensor shuts off the motor when the jar is not in place to prevent careless clutch overflow and extend the life of the jar.
Quiet Shield™ Reduces Blender Noise
The Quiet Shield™ makes the Eclipse™ one of the quietest blenders in the world. The shield opens to a maximum height of just 22 inches / 56 cm for easy installation under cabinets. The motor shuts off when the operator lifts the Quiet Shield™ for quiet blending every time.
Easy Countertop Use
Simply removing the bottom housing allows the blender to be counter-mounted for lower noise levels and a lower profile.
Temperature Indicator
To educate against misuse, the blender warns the operator before the motor overheats. The blender features a cool-down cycle to quickly reduce motor temperatures and resume normal operation.
